Understanding the Action Center
The Action Center is a valuable view of your onboarding process and lets you know at a glance where your Employee's are in the process, and what items are still outstanding.
After you have signed in, you will immediately see the updated view of the Action Center.
The updated view includes additional functionality to make managing your Action Center tasks quicker and reduce noise by offering immediate updates for your hiring managers.
With the updated Action Center, Team Members (functionality based on Access role) will be able to manage their action items in one place and also be able to enjoy these new features:
- Search by "Employee Name"
- Utilize the same grouping, sorting and filtering functionality as found in the Reporting Module
- See past due items highlighted in Red
