Problem: Candidate receives an error when accessing the I-9 portion of their onboarding.
Environment: Candidate Portal/Client Portal
Resolution: Ensure the company ID that was received during the I-9 registration process is entered into the Location field within the Admin portal.
- Go to Company - Locations - Click on the Edit button to the right of the location -> Enter the ID under Form I9 Company ID.
Cause: The I-9 company ID (received during the I-9 Registration process) is missing from a Location. Either the company ID was never entered by the client after registration, or no I-9 registration request was submitted.
