Problem: When client attempts to view Section 1 of the I-9 Form and a white screen says, "Section 1 of the Form I9 is Complete". Section 2 may also display a white screen that says, "We're sorry but you do not have access to this page".
Resolution: Submit ticket to Form I-9 Compliance including the candidate's name, last four of their Social Security Number, and the Company ID. They will reset the B2B status which should resolve the issue.
Cause: Essentially caused by a "dropped signal" between Form I-9 Compliance software and Click Boarding's system, which can be caused by a bad internet connection or other nuances such as high traffic. Essentially, a Form I-9 is completed in the Form I-9 Compliance software but the "b2bstatus" (communication between the two systems) is not passed or received correctly by Click Boarding, leaving miscommunication on that record that then has to get reset.
