Problem: When attempting to access a candidate's I-9 Form, the client receives the following error: "We're sorry but you don't have access to this page"
Resolution: Utilize the Form I-9 Compliance portal to move the Form I-9 record to the correct Company ID.
Cause: The Form I9 Company ID was changed when the candidate was in flight so the record is associated with another Company ID.
**If the original Company ID being used was ClickWizard, Form I-9 Compliance would need to move the I-9 Form to the destination associated with the clients Company ID. However, this requires developers and is not something Form I-9 Compliance may be able to do. The client may need to assign an "I-9 Only process flow" for any impacted candidates.
