The Candidate Portal is what your candidates will use to complete the onboarding process.
Every Click Boarding client will have their own unique setup. Based on what you have set up during your product orientation, you may have one process or 20 processes!
The setup of your Click Boarding dashboard will determine what your candidates see in the candidate portal.
What is the Candidate Portal?
The Candidate Portal is designed for new hires. When you add the candidate into Click Boarding, an email is triggered to them containing their log in credentials and a link to the candidate portal.
After your candidate completes account set-up, they are prompted to begin the onboarding process. The Candidate Portal keeps track of completed paperwork and relays updates back to you through the Admin Portal so you can keep up with their progress.
How is the Candidate Portal Accessed?
HR users are given access to the Candidate Portal when your company is added into Click Boarding. Your company will be given a unique URL that is sent to all of your new hires via email, when they are added to Click Boarding.
Where are Candidates Located in Click Boarding?
Candidates are listed on the Candidates page.
This is an example of what candidates will see after they have logged in to start their onboarding process. The system will walk them through the process step-by-step. A new step will not start until the previous step is completed. Candidates are able to stop mid-process and pick up where they left off.
