What is a Candidate Card? (Legacy)

Candidate Cards are an important part of the Legacy Action Center. A Candidate Card is provided for each Candidate on the Needs Attention list and is visible when you click the plus ( + ) sign to the right side of the Needs Attention list.

The Candidate Card includes the following:

• Candidate name
• Candidate phone number
• Candidate email address
• Process name
• Current step within the process flow

The Candidate Card also contains two buttons: View Process and Candidate.

• Click on the View Process button at the bottom of the Candidate Card to display the Candidate's progress within the process flow. From this view, you can complete non-Candidate facing actions.
