This process of sending emails (process event) would normally be used to send emails automatically during a process.
On the Processes page, click View next to the process you want to send an email from.



Click the ellipses to open the action menu and click Edit.


Under Events, click Send an Email.

Click the box next to Candidate.
Select an Email Template from the drop down list.
Select when you want to the email to be sent.
Click Add and click Save.
This process of sending emails is highly customize-able. You control who the email is sent to, what email is sent, and when it is sent.
