There are two options for companies that have remote employees and need to collect the candidate's work address.
Option 1
If the client would like the candidate to fill out the work address (entering the home address information in the work address fields), the client will need to add the Remote Worker (English) standard form to the process before the W-4 step. This form will ask the candidate if they work from a physical location. If the candidate selects "No" (they work from home), they will be presented the work address fields to provide that information.
Option 2
If the client does not want the candidate to provide this information (they do not want to allow the candidate to say they are a remote employee), the client can add the Work Address Override standard form. This is an HR facing form to enter the candidate's work address information.
Note: If the client adds the Work Address Override form after the E-Signature step, this is a hard stop in the candidate process while the HR user fills out this information. The client could put this form on a step prior to the E-Signature step to provide a better guided experience for the candidate.
