What are Events?

What is an Event?
An Event is an action that takes place after a candidate is created in Click Boarding or after a step in a specific process. Specifically, an event triggers an email to be sent regarding a step or the process as a whole.

When is an Event used?
Events are typically used to send an email to the candidate, recruiter, coordinator, or hiring manager. The emails inform the individual where the candidate is in the onboarding process and what steps need to be taken in order for the candidate to complete the process.
