There are four action meters within the Legacy Action Center. Each of the four action meters will appear, even if a feature or function is not in use. As an example, you may not have included screening in your onboarding process. In this case, the screening action meter will show zero.
The action meters show how many overdue items are present for four types of actions. The individual actions are categorized as follows:
- Follow Up - All follow-ups pertain to candidates. This lists items that are overdue from the Candidate or if the Candidate declined a form, policy, offer, etc.
- Form-I9 / E-verify - Form-I9 is ready for completion by an HR user. If you are utilizing E-Verify functionality, this will also appear.
- Screening - Candidates appear on this list when attention is needed. Note: If your screening provider doesn't require review of the screening report, the candidate record will not appear on this list.
- Tasks/Forms - This action meter lists tasks that need to be completed by HR users and other internal staff (IT, Info Security, etc.) before the candidate's first day.
The action meters display the total counts for the specific action type that needs attention. The color portion indicates the percentage of entire total.
All of the items that are in the meters are added and then percentage shows as a color on each meter. They will add up to 100%. In the example below, the total is 371; the 226 Follow Up items total about 60% of the 371 total action items.
Clicking on a meter filters the Needs Attention list to only show records for that specific action. As seen below, Tasks & Forms is selected and only those types of records will display. If you click on the meter filter again, the filter will be removed and all records will once again be displayed.
