Grouping in the Action Center

The first thing you will see when you open the Action Center is the updated Action Center Grid. 

 

The Action Center grid shows you a visual summary that includes all of your Candidates that has some sort of Action needing to be completed. 

A candidate may have more than one action available, so you may see the same candidates name multiple times, with an Action for each HR Activity needing to be completed. 

There may be candidates in your system that are not displayed here, because they have no open actions. If you are looking for a candidate that does not have open actions, please go to the Candidate List page.  

Utilizing the grouping function will allow you to filter and display specific locations, employees, or activities:
