There are four action meters within the Action Center. Each of the four action meters will appear, even if a feature or function is not in use. As an example, you may not have included screening in your onboarding process. In this case, the screening action meter will show zero.
The action meters show how many overdue items are present for four types of actions. The individual actions are categorized as follows:
- Candidates: This is the total number of candidates in the company's portal.
- HR Forms: This lists the forms that HR users need to complete before the candidate's first day.
- Tasks: This lists tasks that need to be completed by HR users and other internal staff (IT, Info Security, etc.) before the candidate's first day.
- Form-I9 / E-verify - Form-I9 is ready for completion by an HR user. If you are utilizing E-Verify functionality, this will also appear.
The action meters display the total counts for the specific action type that needs attention.
Clicking on a meter filters the Needs Attention list to only show records for that specific action.
