The Candidate Portal is designed for new hires. When you add the candidate into Click Boarding, an email is triggered to them containing their log in credentials and a link to the candidate portal.
After your candidate completes account set-up, they are prompted to begin the onboarding process. The Candidate Portal keeps track of completed paperwork and relays updates back to you through the Admin Portal so you can keep up with their progress.
How is the Candidate Portal Accessed?
HR users are given access to the Candidate Portal when your company is added into Click Boarding. Your company will be given a unique URL that is sent to all of your new hires when they are added to Click Boarding.
Where are Candidates Located in Click Boarding?
Candidates are listed on the Candidates page.
