This will not display if you do not have process actions configured.
Process Actions are triggers that tell Click Boarding to do something, such as start another process, export candidate forms, export data, or execute a custom process. You can select when you want the process action to take place (which step or process). If the process action is configured on a step, you can choose to trigger an event when the step is started or when it is completed.
In the Are there events that should happen box, select Process Action.
Select the Action.
In the When step is box, select when the action should begin:
- Started
- Completed
- Declined
Click Save.
