Refer to Adding a Process Event for more information.
Due Date emails are setup at the process level. When adding or editing a process, there is a section for events. This is where you will define the overdue emails that should be part of your process.
In the Are there events that should happen box, select Send an Email.
Select what Role should receive the email and enter the email address.
Select the Email Template.
In the When process is box, select when the email should be sent.
Enter the After Days value.
Click Save.
You can trigger the email to send based on either the Candidate Due Date or the Due Date. Candidate Due Date and Due Date are set when adding a candidate. Examples of trigger dates are as follows:

If you select Activity Declined, you do not select a date.
