The Contact Name used when adding a location will determine the default contact for candidate processes assigned under the location. Email correspondence, tasks, or HR forms as part of a process flow are generally assigned to a Recruiter, Hiring Manager, or Coordinator. If a contact is not assigned to one of these roles, the default contact for the location will receive the correspondence, or be assigned these HR actions.
*Important note: If a team member set up as a location contact is inactivated, make sure you update the location to re-assign a new team member contact.
