This article is intended to be used as a guide to help new and returning Team Members navigate the Click Boarding Admin Portal.
When users initially log into Click Boarding they will be placed on the Home page. The home page has links to number of commonly visited pages.
Basic site navigation happens through the navigation bar on the left-hand side of the page. By clicking on the Icons, you can navigate to the correct page to perform the tasks you are looking to complete.
The Action Center
From the Action Center, you can easily manage your action items. Everyone involved has visibility into what they need to know and can act on what really needs attention.
The Action Center can be navigated to by clicking the check mark icon.
Employees

The Employees page is a complete list of all employees that have been added to Click Boarding for your company. Employees with the most recent create date will show at the top of this list. From here, you can click on the employee's name to open their Employee Profile page or click on a process to view the employee's progress (sometimes called the Employee Grapevine) as well as all the forms in the process.
The Employee page can be navigated to by clicking the icon of two people.
Processes & Content
The Processes & Content section is where you can view, edit and create Processes, Forms, Emails, Data Fields, Tasks, and Surveys.
Processes contains your workflows. These are the processes that you will assign to your employees.
Forms & Content is where you can create and edit your custom forms. Forms are then added to process flows as activities for the employee to complete.
Emails is where you can customize email content that is then added to process flows.
Data Fields is where you can create custom data fields to add to forms.
Tasks are checklists that can be added to process flows and assigned to admin users.
Surveys are quick touchpoints to gather employee feedback.
The Processes & Content section can be navigated to by clicking on the clipboard Icon.
Company
The Company section houses your organization's information related to setup of Click Boarding. Here you can add, edit and delete Locations, Location Groups, Team Members, Brands, Access Levels, and AI content.
Locations are used to determine what employees a Team Member can see. Generally speaking, a Team Member can see any employee in a location they have access to. It is important to note that the location address is used as the Work Address in the Tax Wizard.
Location Groups are a collection of Locations.
Team Members are Admin users.
Brands allow you to customize the look and feel of the Employee portal. Brands are associated to Locations.
Access Levels determine what a Team Member can do in Click Boarding.
AI allows admin users to determine what content the Employee AI Assistant can speak to.
The Company page can be navigated to by clicking the building Icon.
Integrations
The integrations page contains the log information for all established integrations. You can view the logs by clicking first on the '+' on the right of the page. The integration page is split up between Applicant Tracking, Custom, HRIS, Import and Export, and Screening Connections.
The Integrations page can be reached by clicking the stacked tiles Icon.
Reporting
The Reporting section contains access to robust dashboards and dynamic data reports of important information regarding Process Flows, Forms and Employees.
Activity Dashboard shows the main operational KPIs for your site
Predictive Indicators is a dashboard that helps to highlight risks of early turnover
Offboarding is a dashboard highlights reasons for employees leaving
Process Flows is a report that gives you robust detail about employee's process flows
Forms is a report that shows form level data for employees
Employees is a general demographic report
The Reporting section can be accessed by clicking the graph icon.
Bulk Imports
The Bulk Imports section allows you to easily add new employees, add process flows to employees, or add new Team Members.
The Bulk Imports section can be accessed by clicking the database icon.
