Reporting

Click Boarding is excited to announce performance enhancements to our Operational Reporting module. These performance enhancements improve the load and processing times of our reports. These improvements will have a tremendous impact on users' experiences. Users can expect a faster, more efficient, and more enjoyable experience.

These enhancements have allowed us to enable the Forms report for all clients.

Candidate SSO Identifier Update

The SSO Identifier value can be added during the candidate creation flow [Home -> Candidate List -> Add Candidate] as well as updated from the View Candidate page [Home -> Candidate List -> Select a candidate]. 

SSO Identifier is only used if Click Boarding's SAML SSO is implemented. This field can be used as the NameId to uniquely identify a candidate in the SAML assertion. Please note that this value is not used in the Auth0 implementation of SAML SSO.

Team Member SSO Identifier Update

The SSO Identifier value can be added during the team member creation flow [Home -> Company -> Team Members -> Create Team Member] as well as updated from the Edit Team Member page [Home -> Company -> Team Members -> Select a team member].

Preventing Excessive Failed Login Attempts

In order to better protect a user's sensitive account information, after 5 failed login attempts to the Candidate or Admin portal, users will be temporarily locked out of their accounts for 6 minutes. After each failed username and/or password login attempt, an error message will displaying the remaining amount of attempts before their account is locked.

SFTP Server Updates

For clients currently subscribed to Click Boarding's Forms or Data SFTP export, we added new IP addresses from which Click Boarding sends files. If you are set up with a whitelist on your SFTP server, you received an email including a list of IP addresses to add so Click Boarding can continue to send your files successfully.  If you have not received this email, please reach out so we can securely send you the list of updated IP addresses.
