Click Boarding

Candidate Report

We are excited to introduce the first phase of our Candidate Report! The Candidate Report allows Team Members to quickly access and export information about your Candidates in one consolidated report. Team Members will be able to use this report to gather employee profile data within Click Boarding and audit discrepancies in your other HR platforms.

Data in the Candidate Report will be pulled from the Candidate's profile (A.K.A. Candidate Shape). We are actively working on future updates to include additional data like tax information, emergency contact information, and custom fields.

Bulk Import - Assigning Process Flows

We revamped our Bulk Importing Management Tool! Team Members with Full access will now have the ability to assign process flows to new and existing Candidates in addition to being able to import a roster of Candidates and Team Members into the Admin Portal.

You will notice a new icon for the Bulk Management Tool with the submenu as defined below:

• Bulk Imports & Updates- Landing page to upload .csv file and review the Import History.
• Import Specifications- Templates needed to complete a new Candidate or Team Member import.
• Update Specifications- Generate an import template to add process flows to new or existing candidates.

Click Retain

Source System ID

We have added Source System ID into the Retain Platform. The information will automatically sync over to Retain once the information is added to the Candidate Profile in Click Boarding. This information will be included on the Data Exports as well as on the Person Profile. Click here for Resource Center Article.

Click Integrations

Developer Portal

Click Boarding has officially upgraded our API Developer Portal to Microsoft's latest version. This includes:

• Look and feel enhancements
• All the same functionality you're used to
• Will not impact your login credentials or access

API users will notice minor changes to the portal including some branding updates and access to an Open API version 3. API calls and functionality will not change and the entire API catalog will remain unchanged from this migration along with all users and user information. 

Upcoming

On November 28, 2023 Click Boarding will be releasing an updated version of our Tax Wizard. This update will have changes to reduce complexity and provide alignment across the Tax Wizard, which could impact any integrations or mapping that you have built and maintain.
