The Employee report allows Full Access Team Members the ability to quickly obtain real-time information about your employees in one consolidated report. Team Members will be able to use this report to gather employee profile data within Click Boarding and audit discrepancies in your HRIS platform.
This report will only include records for active and pruned employees.
- Comprehensive Employee Insights: Data in the Employee Report will be pulled from the Employee shape (excluding: tax information, phone numbers, emergency contact information, and custom fields). We are actively working on future updates to add these additional fields to the report.
- Efficient Data Retrieval: Access all employee data in a single report, saving you time and effort compared to manual data collection from multiple sources.
- Customization Options: Tailor the report to your specific needs by selecting the data fields you want to include.
- Export and Share: Easily export up to 50,000 records in Excel or CSV format, and share it with colleagues and stakeholders.
The report includes the following employee data:
- Personal Information
- Full Name
- Username
- Email Address
- Date of Birth
- SSN
- Ethnicity
- Gender
- Marital Status
- System IDs
- Source System Identifier
- SSO Identifier
- User API Identifier
- Employee API Identifier
- Contact Information
- Home Address
- Mailing Address
- Work Address
- Additional Employee Information
- Created Date (date Employee profile was created)
- Updated Date (date Employee profile was updated)
- Is Test
- The "Is Test" field can be added to your report by clicking on the columns menu and selecting the field from the list. This field will indicate which of your employees were created as test employees.
