Employee Report Overview

The Employee report allows Team Members the ability to quickly obtain demographic information about your employees in one consolidated report. To access the report Team Members must have access to All locations. This report only includes records for active and pruned employees. 

The report includes the following employee data:

• Full Name*
• Email Address*
• Source System Id
• User API Identifier*
• Candidate API Identifier*
• SSO Identifier*
• Username*
• Date of Birth*
• SSN*
• Created Date*
• Updated Date*
• Home Address
• Mailing Address 
• Work Address
• Marital Status
• Ethnicity
• Gender
• Is Test 

An asterisk (*) denotes that the field is shown by default.
