Click Boarding's Production environment will be down for scheduled maintenance and the promotion of new code on Tuesday, April 18, 2023 starting at 12:00 a.m. CDT.

Bulk Employee Management Tool

Click Boarding is excited to announce the beta release of our Bulk Employee Management tool. This tool allows Team Members with Full access the ability to upload a roster of Candidates and Team Members into the Admin Portal. 

On the Admin Portal, select the building icon in the left menu to access the Bulk Imports tool. 

Utilizing this tool will allow hiring managers the ability too quickly and efficiently manage their employees. 

• Use the import tool to import new data only, the import will not update or override existing data.
• Use .CSV file type only.
• Use the provided import template to complete your Import. 
• View Import History to see historical record of past import.
• Current available import types include:
  • Candidate Bulk Import
  • Team Member Bulk Import

Please be on the lookout for a separate email from your Client Success Manager for further instructions if you have been included in the beta release roll out. 

*The Bulk Import Tool will be available for general adoption May 2, 2023!

User API Identifier 

To enhance scalability of processes, we updated the way User API Identifiers are generated.  All newly created User API Identifiers will generate a unique 22 character vachar value.

This update will not impact existing User API Identifiers nor Client API Identifiers. 

Product Ideas Portal

The Product team is excited to announce the release of an updated Ideas Portal. Using this portal, the Product team will be able to easily engage and converse with all of our stakeholders. 

Utilize this portal to share ideas and offer feedback related to our product solutions.

From the Admin Portal, find the "Submit Idea" link under the Support section.  Register and validate your email address (you only need to validate your email address one time) and begin sharing your feedback and ideas with the Product Team. 

Once inside the Portal, review any existing ideas that are currently Under Consideration and Planned to be developed in the near future. Feel passionately about any of them and want your "voice" to also be heard? Add your input to the idea and let us know how important it is to you! This data is used in prioritization and your vote counts!

Tax Wizard Updates

Click Boarding is constantly updating our system with the latest tax changes. Our Production environment will be updated to the latest version of our tax wizard with this release. Please click here to view a full list of tax form updates.
