Important Notice

After the February 6, 2024 release, we will be migrating our release notes communications away from Releasenotes.io. Moving forward, Release Notes will be included in our official Click Catch email series! These strategic emails will be delivered in the following installments:

• Click Catch UP - Our latest, high-impact product improvements
• Click Catch ALL - Bi-monthly digest of big updates, tech tips & hot content
• Click Catch US - Quick context to join us at live or virtual events

All release notes will now be shared through Click Catch Up deployments, delivered on a bi-weekly basis in conjunction with our production schedule. If you previously received our communications through Releasenotes.io, you should be receiving the latest Click Catch Ups. Update to Click Boarding Standard Forms

As part of our yearly forms maintenance, we have updated our standard tax and wage forms to the 2024 forms.  This includes all standard Canadian tax forms as well as our standard W-4 and CA Wage form.  You can view all current standard forms in our resource center by clicking here. 

Phone Number API Update

Users can now update candidate phone numbers using the Candidates/{id}-PATCH. Users can pass in an array of phone numbers and phone number types to update home, work, and/or mobile phone. In addition, we have expanded the Candidates-POST to accept multiple values in the array. Please visit our developer portal for more information.

Tax Wizard Updates 

Click Boarding is constantly updating our system with the latest tax changes. As a reminder, our Production environment was updated to the latest version of our tax wizard on January 17. Please click here to view a full list of tax form updates.

Automatic Data Pruning

Click is excited to announce our Automatic Data Pruning tool is now generally available. This tool will allow you to set a data retention policy in Click Boarding and then have candidate data automatically removed from Click Boarding on a daily schedule. Refreshed Candidate User Interface

Stay tuned for the late February release, where you will have the ability to explore the new Candidate Portal UI using the new Test Candidate and Impersonation features.
