Multi-Factor Authentication

Mutli-Factor Authentication (MFA) is now available in Production! You can enable MFA for Candidates and/or Admin users. Available additional forms of authentication include SMS, email, and authenticator application. If you would like to take advantage of the security benefits of MFA, please let your Client Success Manager know. 

Text Messaging

We have updated our backend infrastructure for our text messaging service to a more modern framework. You should not notice a change in the functionality and no action is required in order to take advantage of the enhancements. 

Support Link on E-Signature Page for French (Canadian)

An issue was resolved where the support link on the E-Signature acceptance was not working for users whose language was set to French (Canadian). This has been resolved and the link works as expected.

Walton WOTC Integration Update

An issue was resolved where some clients were seeing a test employer that did not align with their Walton accounts when completing WOTC forms via the Walton integration. This has been updated and clients will now see the expected employer when completing WOTC forms via the Walton integration.
