Adding a Text Message to a Process Flow

Once text messaging has been enabled for your site, adding a text message to a process flow is simple!

1. Go to "Processes & Content then click Processes".
2. Click the name of the process.
3. Click "…"
4. Click "Edit"
5. Select "Process Action" from Are there events that should happen?
6. Select [Text Message Name] as the Action

7. Select [Criteria]

   

8. Click "Add"
9. Click "Save"
