Candidate UI Updates

We fixed two rare edge cases that users may have encountered.

1. When a user entered a value for a non-required date field, advanced to the review page, went back to the data collection page, edited the form to remove the values, and advanced to the review page, there was an error stating the date format is invalid. This has been updated to no longer recognize the empty value as invalid.
2. If a user attempted to update their address from an address outside of the United States (US), Canada (CA), or Australia (AU) to one within one of these countries, they were experiencing an error. This only happened if the candidate did not remove the value in State / Region / Province before switching the country. Users can now switch between countries without issue. This would occur in the following scenarios:
   1. 1. The user was initially created with an address outside of one of the three mentioned countries.
      2. The user entered the address on a form, advanced to the review page, went back to the data collection page, changed the country to US, CA, or AU, and attempt to submit the form.

Candidate API Updates

We have added a field to our Candidate API endpoints for userEntraId. This value will be used for our Team's application and should only be used if using Click Boarding's Teams application. This value is now applicable to the following endpoints:

• Candidates - GET
• Candidates/{id} - GET
• Candidates/Users - GET
• Candidates/Users/{userApiIdentifier} - GET
• Candidates/{id} - PATCH
• Candidates/Users/{userApiIdentifier} - PATCH
• Candidates - POST

Offboarding Forms

Click Boarding is excited to announce that we are releasing a library of state offboarding forms! This offering includes the forms you need for a separation in any US state! If you want to learn more about this offering, please reach out to your Client Success Manager.

API Connections Library

We continue to expand our library of simple to use connections with major 3rd party technologies. Please see the list below of our API connections:

We are actively growing our connections library. We currently have the following connections in progress:

• SuccessFactors ATS
• SuccessFactors HRIS

Multi-Factor Authentication Beta Testers

We are excited to announce that we have been working on Multi-Factor Authentication over the last few development cycles! We are currently looking for clients the help us beta test MFA. If you are interested in being a beta tester, please reach out to your Client Success Manager.
