After the Task is added to a Process, you can reassign the task or resend the task email.
Reassign a Task
To reassign a task, click Resend/Reassign next to the current assignee’s name. Then, a different assignee can be selected from the drop-down list of active system users. After the new assignee has been selected, click the Resend Task button to resend the task email to the new assignee.
Note: After the task has been reassigned, the original assignee can no longer access and complete the task. Tasks must be reassigned through this process. Forwarding an email to a new assignee does not reassign a task.
Resend a Task Email
If the task assignee has misplaced the email with the task information, it can be resent by clicking the blue Resend/Reassign. Click the Resend Task button to resend the task email to the assignee.
