Brands allow you to tailor the Employee Portal to shape the employee experience. With Brands you can update the logo, favicon, background color, primary, and secondary colors of the Employee Portal.
Brands are associated to Locations which are then applied to an employee when a process flow is assigned. The same brand can be shared across many locations, but a location can only have one brand. For example, if the Acme brand is assigned to the Desert Location and the employee Wile E. Coyote is assigned to the Desert Location at process flow assignment; they will see the Acme brand when completing that process flow.
- Reference Name is the name of the Brand.
- Primary color will predominately impact the main action buttons meaning the primary action the user should take on that page
- Secondary color will impact the secondary action buttons as well as icons and text with links
- Note that because there are more secondary actions on most pages, this color can have a greater impact on the feel of the portal
- Background color will impact the general background
- Logo will appear in the top left of the portal
- Favicon will appear in the browser tab
The logo selected in the brand will also be populated in the Admin portal for Team Members.
To access the Brands page:
- Navigate to the Company section
- Select Brands from the submenu
