Resetting Team Member Passwords

To reset a Team Members password you will use the Email button on the Team Member list.

1. Navigate to the Team Member List
2. Select the checkbox next to the Team Member
3. Select Email at the bottom

Note: If the Team Member has not setup their account yet the Email button will send an account creation email. After the account's initial set up, this button sends the password reset email. Team Member registration links remain active for 5 days from the time they are sent. Password reset links are valid for 24 hours from the time the email is sent.
