What is the UTC Timezone?

This is the timezone (Coordinated Universal Timezone) by which a process is considered overdue. If your process flow includes overdue emails, either internal or to the candidate, they will be sent at 9am UTC (4am EST).

It is also the timezone the e-signature uses.
