An access level is the degree or scope of access a Team Member has in Click Boarding. The access level is the sum of the permissions the user has access to and the operations they can take on those permissions. At a high level, this can be thought of what a Team Member can do in Click Boarding. Sometimes referred to as a role.
Click Boarding offers five default access levels. These access levels cannot be edited.
Full
The Full access level can be thought of as a super user access level. This access level grants the team member access to the entire Admin Portal. They can manage employees, configure process flows, update forms, etc.
Limited
The Limited access level grants the Team Member access to the Action Center and the Employee List. Within these two sections the Team Member has access to all features and functionality.
Limited Assign Only
The Limited Assign Only access level mirrors the Limited access level but with one caveat: Team Member can only see employees where they are the Hiring Manager, Coordinator, or Recruiter.
Tasks Only
Task Only users can only view the Task Only Action Center to complete tasks.
None
Users with None access cannot access the Admin Portal. This access level is used when a Team Member needs to be included on email correspondence but does not need to access Click Boarding to take action.
Reviewing default access levels in the Admin Portal
To review what exactly what permissions each access level is granted:
- Navigate to the Company page (Building icon on left menu)
- Select Access Levels
- Select the access level
Once selected you can see which permissions each access level has.
