Updates
- Added a "Clear Filters" button to all pages that contain more than one filter
- Location Groups create/edit modal was migrated to Vue
Form Improvements & Fixes
- Fixed rendering issue for Symmetry tax forms where information was not being displayed on PDF outputs
- Turned off global OPT IN / OUT of federal and state forms
