Overview
Click Boarding offers a number of easily digestible metrics to help you understand how Click Boarding is being utilized. Click Boarding initially loads the last 24 months of data for a client. Data is synced to the Dashboards every 1.5 hours.
Each metric allows the user to export the card and drill down into the underlying data.
To export
- Hover over the card
- Select the export icon in the top right corner
- Select how you wish to export the data
To drill down
- Hover over the card
- Select the expand icon in the top right corner
- Click on the metric you wish to drill into
To export drill down data
- Complete steps 1 - 3 in the "To drill down" section above
- Select the ellipses (...) in the top right of the drill down
- Select export
Assigned Process Flows
The Assigned Process Flows tile shows you the total number of process flows assigned year-to-date and how that has changed year-over-year.
- Excel and CSV export: Count of process flows assigned at end of previous year and count of process flows assigned current year to date
- Drill down: Grid of underlying employee Process data
New Employees Supported
New Employees Supported shows the total number of new employee records added year-to-date and how that has changed year-over-year.
- Excel and CSV export: Count of employees created at end of previous year and count of employee created current year to date
- Drill down: Grid of underlying employee data
No-Show Rate
No-Show Rate shows the percentage of employees who have abandoned their onboarding in the last 90 days. This is defined as the ratio of employees who are not in a completed status and whose Process Flow due date is greater than 60 days ago.
- Excel and CSV export: Percent of no-shows for the current tracking period and percent of non-shows for the previous tracking period.
- Drill down: No drill down currently exists for this card
Average Days to Complete
Average Days to Complete shows how long it takes employees to finish process flows across all process flows in the 90 day tracking period and how this has changed relative to the previous tracking period.
- Excel and CSV export: Average days to completed for the current tracking period and average days to complete for the previous tracking period.
- Drill down: Chart showing average time to complete by process flow
- Drill down 2: Grid showing the underlying process flow data per process flow
Completion Rate
Completion Rate shows the percentage of process flows that have been completed in the 90 day tracking period and how this has changed relative to the previous tracking period.
- Excel and CSV export: Compeltion percent for the current tracking period and completion percent of non-shows for the previous tracking period.
- Drill down: No drill down currently exists for this card
Process Flows by Status
Process Flows by Status shows the status of all process flows across the entire dataset.
- Canceled are process flows that have been terminated before completion
- No-Show are process flows whose due date is greater than 60 days ago and are not complete
- Completed are process flows that have been finished
- Started are process flows that are not complete and the due date is less than 59 days ago
- Note that in some areas of the platform you will see processes with the status of Needs Attention. Those are included in Started for this chart
- Excel and CSV export: Count of how many process flows are in each status
- Drill down: Grid of underlying employee Process data for the specific status chosen
Forms by Status
Forms by Status shows the status of all forms across the entire dataset.
- Not Started are forms that have been assigned as part of a process flow, but have not yet been started
- Completed are froms that have been finished
- Started are forms that have been started but have not been submited
- Note that in some areas of the platform you will see forms with the status of Needs Attention. Those are included in Started for this chart
- Note that if a process flow has been cancelled, the forms associated to the process flow still appear in this chart in whatever state they were in when the process flow was cancelled
- Excel and CSV export: Count of how many forms are in each status

Tasks by Status
Tasks by Status shows the status of all tasks across the entire dataset.
- Not Started are tasks that have been assigned as part of a process flow, but have not yet been started
- Completed are tasks that have been marked done
- Excel and CSV export: Count of how many tasks are in each status
- Drill down: No drill down currently exists for this card
Average Time to Complete
Average Time to Complete shows the average number of days it take for a process flow to be completed. The Y-axis shows days while the X-axis shows process flow names. By default the chart shows the process flows with the longest average time to complete first. Hover over a bar to show the exact average time to complete for a specific process flow.

- Drill down: Average time to complete over time for the specific process flow chosen

No-Shows by Location
No-Shows by Location shows how many employees have abandoned their process flows at different locations. The Y-axis shows the name of the process flow while the X-axis shows the name of the location. Hover over a rectangle in the heat map to see how many employees in that location have abandoned their process flow. The bottom row shows the totals per location and the overall total in the bottom right tile. A darker color means a higher rate of No-Shows.

Processes Over Time
Processes Over Time shows a rolling total of how many process flows were due each month. The Y-axis shows the count of process flows while the X-axis shows the Due Date by Year - Month.
