Overview
The Employee AI assistant is an easy-to-use interface that allows employees to ask questions during their process flows. This allows companies to provide more relevant information at the most important time. Employees will be able to quickly get answers to pressing questions such as:
- When am I eligible for benefits?
- Where do I go on my first day?
- What should I expect in my first week?
- How do I contact IT?
This streamlines employee transitions by providing instant answers to common questions and guiding employees to the right information quickly. It reduces confusion and delays, ensuring employees feel supported from before day one.
