Can I set up SSO for Candidates and Team Members?
Yes. While the more common use case is for Team Members, we can accomodate Candidate SSO as well. It is important the Candidate exist in your identity provider, so please consider your provisioning workflow if you wish to enable SSO for pre-boarding and onboarding.
What types of resources do I need to allocate to the setup?
You will need to have a dedicated technical contact who understands how to set up SSO in your identity provider.
What information do I need to provide to initiate the SSO setup?
At a high level, we will need to know what value you wish to use for your NameId and will need your metadata. Please contact your Client Success Manager (CSM) for additional information.
What is your standard timeline for configuring SSO?
Once we have the necessary information we ask for two weeks to configure the SSO on our side.
