Automatic Data Pruning

Click is excited to announce our Automatic Data Pruning tool is now generally available. This tool will allow you to set a data retention policy in Click Boarding and then have candidate data automatically removed from Click Boarding on a daily schedule. Test Candidates

Click Boarding is excited to announce the launch of two exciting new features in our Admin Portal to facilitate easier testing!

1. The ability to create test candidates via the Admin Portal and the API
   • The isTestflag can be added via the Candidates-POST API call
   • The isTestflag will show on the response Candidates-GET and Candidates/{id}-GET API calls
2. The ability to view the Candidate Portal from a test candidate's perspective through the Impersonation feature.

Timezone API Update

The following endpoints will now return the timeZone(e.g.(UTC-6:00) Central Time (US & Canada)) and timeZoneCode(e.g.UTC-6:00).

Candidate Portal Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policies Update

Click Boarding has released an updated version of our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policies for our Candidate Portal. These updates align with regulatory changes and best practices concerning data privacy and user rights. We are dedicated to complying with all applicable laws and standards, prioritizing the protection of your information.

These updates have been translated in all of the languages supported by the Candidate Portal to enhance transparency, clarity, and alignment. Please find a list of all supported languages here. 

Tax Wizard Updates 

Click Boarding is constantly updating our system with the latest tax changes. Our Production environment will be updated to the latest version of our tax wizard with this release. Please click here to view a full list of tax form updates.

Refreshed Candidate User Interface
