Overview

Click Boarding's Production environment will be down for scheduled maintenance and the promotion of new code on Tuesday, April 23, 2024, starting at 12:00 a.m. CDT.

Release Schedule Update for April

To better support our clients while the Click Boarding team attends an offsite meeting in mid-April, we will be adjusting our release schedule. In the month of April, Click Boarding will be following the below release schedule:

• April 23 – Production release (moved from April 16 to account for Click Boarding offsite meeting)
• April 24 – UAT release (moved from April 22 to allow for production release)
  • Note that we have chosen this date so that we are back on track with production releases ASAP.
• April 30 – Production release (Unchanged)

Candidate UI

We're thrilled to announce that the Candidate UI is available for you to test in UAT and Production! Thank you to everyone who has already previewed the refreshed Candidate Portal and provided feedback! Your continued support and feedback are invaluable as we strive to provide the best experience for you and your employees! For more information on how to test the refreshed Candidate Portal please see our Resource Center. 

Candidate Term & Conditions and Privacy Policy Page Update

On the review page, the following language will now appear:

Please review this website’s Terms & Conditions below to understand how your personal information is processed and if you accept them, please check the box next to Accept Our Terms & Conditions. In addition, once you've reviewed our Privacy Policy, to understand how your personal information is processed, please check the box next to Review Our Policy and click Accept to continue.

When a Candidate selects decline, they will now receive the following language:

 If you do not accept the Terms & Conditions or acknowledge your review of the Privacy Policy, do not check either box and click Decline, your account cannot be created.

If the candidate moves forward after declining, they will receive the following language:

You have decided to not accept the Terms & Conditions or acknowledge the review of the Privacy Policy of this website and therefore your account cannot be created. You are not able to continue the use of this website. If you decide you want to accept the Terms & Conditions and acknowledge the review of the Privacy Policy at a later date, you can return by clicking your account creation link. You may also reach out to your Employer Representative and have them resend you the account creation link.

The above changes are currently in English. Additional languages will be updated with our 4/30 Production release.

E-Signature Agreement Language Update

We have updated our E-Signature Agreement language to be more accurate. This change currently in English. Additional languages will be updated with our 4/30 Production release.

Terms & Conditions Update

Click Boarding has released an updated version of our Terms & Conditions for our Candidate Portal. This change currently in English. Additional languages will be updated with our 4/30 Production release.

Tax Wizard Updates

Click Boarding is constantly updating our system with the latest tax changes. Our Production environment will be updated to the latest version of our tax wizard with this release. Please click here to view a full list of tax form updates.
