July 30, 2024 - Release Notes

Click Boarding's Production environment will be down for scheduled maintenance and the promotion of new code on Tuesday, July 30, 2024, starting at 12:00 a.m. CDT. 

Please note this release was originally intended for July 23 but was delayed a week for additional testing.

Data Anonymization

We have made an enhancement to our data cleanup tool to allow for data anonymization. Data anonymization will remove all data associated with a candidate. This can be toggled on via API or by reaching out to your CSM who can help with the setup. For more information, please visit our Resource Center. 

Limited Assign Only User Update

We have made an update to our Limited Assign Only user permission to only allow users the ability to see candidate process flows they are assigned to. Previously, if you were assigned to an individual process flow you would be able to see all candidate process flows. Now, a user will only see process flows of which they are assigned.  

Process Chaining View Bug

In the past, when selecting "0" as a value for the "Days until Candidate Due Date" and "Days until Process Due Date", the system would update those values to "0," but that would not be reflected within the UI. The UI would display the default "7" and "14" values. Now when "0" is input, it will display the appropriate configuration in the UI.  

Candidate UI Array Bug

If a candidate had two or more values associated to an array but filled out a form and only assigned one values to the array, the system would override the additional values. For example, if the user had two emergency contacts, but then filled out a form and only entered one, the additional emergency contact was removed. We fixed this so that in the same situation, the system will keep the additional values even if a candidate provides a single value on an additional form.    

Candidate Report Is Test Column

To improve the management and tracking of test employees, we have added a new column to the Candidate report called the "Is Test.". 

The "Is Test" column will display "True" or "False," indicating whether an employee was created as a test employee.
