When a team member forgets their login password they can either have another team member send them a password reset or call the Click Boarding customer care team to reset the password.
To send a forgot password email to a team member within the Admin portal:
- Go to Company - Team Members - click the box next to the team member to reset.
- Click on the Email button in the bottom right corner of the page
- The team member will receive an email with a link to reset their password
- The team member will be prompted to create and verify a new password.
