Below is a list of common issues that could halt a candidate's onboarding progress

Address field cannot contain any special characters. This includes number signs, commas, periods, etc. These will need to be correct before the form is submitted.

Improper Phone Number (Though it is optional, candidates may put in a fake number). This will give the form an "error" that will need to be corrected.
- Incorrect answers to what your candidate chose as their citizenship status.

Hyphens in either first or last name will generate an error. Remove all the hyphens.

Cellphones or tablets may operate with incorrect behavior. Your candidate may need to use a computer to complete this form.
- If your candidate selects "Withdraw Consent" during the signature portion, the onboarding process will stop immediately and they will not be able to continue. If the consent was withdrawn by accident, a Click Boarding team member may unlock this form.
