Skip form logic and conditional logic are both options to allow for a customized candidate experience as they complete their onboarding process(es), though each may be utilized, depending on your desired outcome:
Skip form logic is used to present or skip specific forms within a process. This logic is dependent on information included in candidate data through an integration with an ATS.
For example, a candidate may skip a form within a process that is specific to California, if their home address or employment location data from an ATS indicates any other state other than 'CA'. The skip form logic would be entered within that California form.
For additional guidance on Skip Form Logic, please consult the Skip Form Logic Guide included in the FAQ section of our Resource Center.
Conditional Logic allows for a candidate to be presented with additional data fields within a form, based on a previous entry.
For example, a form may be created to ask whether the candidate has any certifications in states other than the state of employment. A 'Yes' response to this question may then present the candidate with additional data fields to enter the state(s) and certification title(s).
Conditional Logic is currently only available through the creation of Custom Forms.
