Refer to the Creating a Data Entry Form article for more information about Data Entry Forms.
When an Admin User is creating a Data Entry Form and selects Collect Information, and then selects "Selection from List," under the Collect As option, there is a link to Bulk Edit rather than add fields one by one.
Click the Bulk Edit link.
Open the Excel spreadsheet when the information is stored that you want to copy and paste in.
Example 1
In Example 1, only one column of data is copied over.
Example 2
In Example 2, more than one column of data is copied over.
