On the Forms & Content tab of the Processes & Content page, click Create Form or Content.

Click Agreement.

Enter a Reference Name. This is a unique name to be used internally. It is not candidate facing. It can not be changed.
Enter a Form Title. This is visible to the candidate.
Enter a Form Subtitle. This is visible to the candidate.
You can either drag & drop a PDF file, HTML Template File, or click Select File to upload a document.

Click Create.

You can go Back to Forms & Content (leave the form as a draft), Publish Draft, or Continue Editing.
