What is a data field?
A data field is a field or group of fields that store information for a candidate. Within the Click Boarding platform, users can create five types of data fields.
Data fields created in the Admin portal will immediately be available to be added to a form.
EXAMPLES:
- First Name
- Driver’s License Information
- Phone Number
- Start Date
- Direct Deposit Information
What are the benefits of custom data fields?
Within Click Boarding platform, users can optimize candidate digital onboarding or employee offboarding experiences. Custom data fields allow you to collect relevant information about your candidates/employees to better understand their unique needs and deliver personalized communications and resources.
Who has permission to create custom data fields?
Within the Click Boarding Admin portal, users can create custom data fields which allow for more efficient and structured management of organizational data. Users can also create custom field naming conventions for your organization’s Click Boarding experience. Permission to create custom data fields is a stand-alone access level that needs to be granted by Click Boarding. If you need access, please contact our Support Team at support@clickboarding.com.
