Employee AI Assistant Beta Testing

Click Boarding has released our AI powered Employee Assistant into beta testing in the UAT environment. If you are interested in exploring this feature please let you Client Success Manager know!

Dashboards

Click Boarding has begun rolling out our new dashboards in Production. Our dashboards give you a clear view of key data all in one place. Eliminate the need to pull and manipulate multiple reports, saving time and reducing complexity. With visual insights at a glance, you can make faster, more informed decisions. 

We would love for you and your organization to experience the Dashboards! Your Client Success Manager has previously reached out with updates required for us to turn on this powerful feature for you. If you have any questions or concerns about these updates, please reach out to your Client Success Manager.

Please note we are slowly enabling the feature. You may not see this feature enabled even if all addendums have been signed.

Miscellaneous

• Resolved an issue where the Teams Employee application's UI regressed
• Updated the verbiage update on the grapevine to say "Section 2 of the I-9 is complete." when an employee has completed the Equifax I-9 Section 2
• Added a warning message to the Multi-Factor Authentication setup that reads, "SMS Notice: If you do not have a U.S. phone number, we recommend choosing a different MFA method. Some international carriers block messages from U.S. numbers, which may prevent you from receiving verification codes."

The Click Boarding team is currently hard at work building Predictive Indicators as well as adding the ability for Admin users to add their E-Signature to forms!
