Upcoming Release Schedule Adjustments

To account for the Memorial Day, Click Boarding will have an altered release schedule:

• June 2, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. Central - Production release adjusted from May 26
• June 2, 2026 at 8:00 p.m. Central - UAT release adjusted from June 1

Predictive Indicators in Early Adoption

Click Boarding is excited to announce Predictive Indicators is available for early adoption! Predictive Indicators is a research-backed solution designed to identify early signals of employee risk across the onboarding lifecycle. We highlight risk from Day 1 no-shows to regrettable attrition within the first 90 days. Built in partnership with Ph.D.-level researchers who have led Employee Listening programs at Fortune 100 organizations, the product translates behavioral science into actionable insight to help organizations proactively reduce early turnover.

Predictive Indicators addresses the risks of early attrition through two core components: targeted data collection and action-oriented reporting.

Click Boarding delivers structured surveys at critical milestones: Pre-Day 1, Day 30, 60, and 90. These surveys are designed to elicit high-quality responses that strongly indicate an employee’s intent to stay. These responses are then analyzed to generate a Confidence Score, a standardized metric representing the likelihood that an employee is well-aligned and likely to be retained.

By normalizing sentiment across your population, the Confidence Score enables organizations to quickly distinguish expected trends from emerging risks. This allows leaders to intervene early, with precision.

Surveys

• Improved error handling for when an employee attempts to complete an expired survey
• Resolved an issue where users could not view multi-select options in surveys with dark background set
• Resolved an issue where radio buttons were not operating as expected on survey previews

Employee Portal

The language for the HR WorkCycle's I-9 step has been updated to:

Please select the 'Click Here' button to open a new tab where you can complete the Form I-9 in HRWorkCycles (HWRC).
After you finish the Form I-9, your onboarding progress will automatically update in Click Boarding, and no further action is required. You may select the 'Back to My Activities' button to review your previous onboarding activities.

API Rate Limit Adjustments

On April 28, 2026, Click Boarding will be adjusting our API rate limit to 20 requests per second.
