Predictive Indicators in Early Adoption

Click Boarding is excited to announce Predictive Indicators is available for early adoption! Predictive Indicators is a research-backed solution designed to identify early signals of employee risk across the onboarding lifecycle. We highlight risk from Day 1 no-shows to regrettable attrition within the first 90 days. Easily translate behavioral science into actionable insight to help organizations proactively reduce early turnover.

Predictive Indicator Updates

• Added separate tile for Predictive Indicators dashboard to Reporting section and removed data from main Activity dashboard
• Added permissions for viewing the Predictive Indicators dashboard

Offboarding Enhancements

We have enhanced our Offboarding by going beyond state form compliance with six new exit surveys and a robust Offboarding dashboard designed to uncover trends and improve retention strategies!

With deeper insights into exit patterns, you can:

• Reduce avoidable turnover and decrease replacement costs 
• Highlight areas to strengthen employees' workplace experience
• Protect business continuity and improve workforce planning 

Miscellaneous

• Resolved a bug where the chevron to see more steps on the employee grapevine would not appear
• Resolved a bug where the personal information modal on the Action Center had regressed
• Resolved and issue where legacy form builder defined alpha masking was not working as expected in employee portal

I-9 Maintenance Schedule

Click Boarding's embedded I-9 solution has the following planned maintenance windows:

• June 27 to 28, 2026
• July 25 to 26, 2026
• August 29 to 30, 2026
• September 26 to 27, 2026
• October 31 to November 1, 2026
• November 28 to 29, 2026

Maintenance will begin at 8:00 p.m. CT on Saturday and is expected to be completed by 5:00 a.m. CT on Sunday.  

During these maintenance windows, the Form I-9 solutions may be unavailable.
