Click Boarding's Production environment will be down for scheduled maintenance and the promotion of new code on Tuesday, August 4, 2026, starting at 12:00 a.m. CDT.

AI Assistants

Admin AI Assistant

The Admin AI Assistant is available in UAT for beta testing as of July 28! The Admin AI Assistant is your very own interactive Resource Center! Quickly get answers to your questions without ever having to leave the platform. This is also a great tool for training new Team Members. If you are interested in testing the Admin AI Assistant, please let you CSM know.

Employee AI Assistant

• Updated the chat icon to now be a tab that appears on the right-hand side of the Employee's screen. This ensures that the assistant does not cover any actions that the employee may need to take.
• Resolved an issue where the assistant name and welcome message were not populating if the employee had never interacted with the assistant

Admin Portal

• Resolved an issue where when a custom field was used as a token/merge field in an email the brackets would appear in the sent email instead of being removed.

Smart Recruiters Integration

The Click Boarding built Smart Recruiters integration has been updated to a more modern code framework. All functionality will remain the same. The changes will be in Click Boarding's UAT environment starting July 14. If you use the Smart Recruiters integration it is strongly recommended to test your configuration in UAT. The production release is tentatively planned for August 24.

Forms Export Updates

Click Boarding's Form Export has been updated to a more modern code framework. All functionality will remain the same. The changes will be in Click Boarding's UAT environment starting July 28. If you use the Forms Export it is recommended to test your configuration in UAT. The production release is tentatively planned for September 1.

Certificate RCA Remedies

• Added newly established backend health alerts directly into our alerting system so that there is immediate on-call notification for certificate or gateway anomalies
• Restructured our alerting system's routing rules so that certificate-specific alerts route to those capable of resolving them
