Admin Portal

- Expanded the available data field filtering in the dashboards to include fields built at the main (AKA root) level.
Employee Portal
Added the ability for employees to use a typed e-signature instead of having to draw their signature. When the Use Typed Signature box is selected the draw area disappears and the signature entered in the Signed By field will be used. The typed signature captures all the same information as when the employee draws their signature:
- Form name and Version
- Signed by name
- IP address
- Consent date
Tax Wizard
Address normalization warning now appears when the geocoder changes the submitted address
We fixed a defect where the tax wizard could apply a normalized home or work address during registration without showing the address change warning. This happened when the geocoding service returned a different street, city, or ZIP than the employee submitted but did not include an address-change result code.
The tax wizard now compares the submitted address to the normalized address and returns an address change warning when any of these fields differ:
- Street address
- City
- 5-digit ZIP code prefix
The warning includes both the submitted and normalized addresses so the employee can review the change before continuing. ZIP+4 expansions alone (for example, 53121 to 53121-4200) do not trigger a warning when the street, city, and 5-digit ZIP are otherwise unchanged.
Georgia G-4 filled PDF size reduced below common base64 storage limits
We fixed an issue where the filled Georgia Employee’s Withholding Allowance Certificate PDF was large enough that its base64 encoding exceeded common 1 MiB document storage limits. Before this change, a filled the base64 payload was approximately 1.08 MiB.
We optimized the fillable PDF template (form version 2026.06.0). Now, a filled base64 payload is approximately 393 KB. AcroForm field names, tax parameter mappings, and form appearance are unchanged.
Helper Pages: W-4 Assistant no longer freezes on submit
We fixed a Helper Pages defect where some employees using the W-4 Assistant got stuck on a spinning loader after finishing the wizard.
Smart Recruiters Integration
The Click Boarding built Smart Recruiters integration has been updated to a more modern code framework. All functionality will remain the same. The changes will be in Click Boarding's UAT environment starting July 14. If you use the Smart Recruiters integration it is strongly recommended to test your configuration in UAT. The production release is tentatively planned for August 24.

If you use the Forms Export it is recommended to test your configuration in UAT. The production release is tentatively planned for September 1.
