February 17, 2026 Release Notes

Click Boarding's Production environment will be down for scheduled maintenance and the promotion of new code on Tuesday, February 17, 2026, starting at 12:00 a.m. CST.

Planned Form I-9 Maintenance

The embedded Form I-9 solution will be observing two maintenance windows where the Form I-9 will be unavailable 

1. Starting Saturday, February 21, 2026, 8:00 PM CST and ending Sunday, February 22, 2026, at 5:00 AM CST
2. Starting Saturday, February 28, 2026, 8:00 PM CST and ending Sunday, March 1, 2026, at 5:00 AM CST

During these maintenance windows, employees and admin users will NOT be able to access the Form I-9 or E-verify. 

Other areas of the system are not impacted. This does not impact the HRWorkCycles or Equifax I-9 integrations. They will continue to operate.

Team Member Welcome Email Language Updates

We have updated the language for our Team Member welcome email to be more general to meet more client use cases. Below is an example of the updated email.

 

Employee AI Assistant Beta Testing

Click Boarding has released our AI powered Employee Assistant into beta testing. If you are interested in exploring this feature please let you Client Success Manager know!

Dashboards

Click Boarding has begun rolling out our new dashboards in Production. Our dashboards give you a clear view of key data all in one place. Eliminate the need to pull and manipulate multiple reports, saving time and reducing complexity. With visual insights at a glance, you can make faster, more informed decisions. 

We would love for you and your organization to experience the Dashboards! Your Client Success Manager has previously reached out with updates required for us to turn on this powerful feature for you. If you have any questions or concerns about these updates, please reach out to your Client Success Manager.

Please note we are slowly enabling the feature. You may not see this feature enabled even if all addendums have been signed.

The Click Boarding team is currently hard at work building Predictive Indicators as well as adding the ability for Admin users to add their E-Signature to forms!
